The traditional event Casalarte "this year is now in its eleventh edition and represents an important step in the path of growth of this market exhibition because it continues to offer all the artists who participate an opportunity to express themselves without constraint by presenting the works of the theme, and dimensions.
"Casalarte 2009" will be held in Tring on 07, 08, 09 August Viale Vittorio Veneto, closed to traffic for the occasion, which will turn into a tunnel under the stars, full of colors and patterns that will stimulate pleasant emotions .
The eleventh edition of the exhibition-market is sponsored by the Region Apulia, Prov. BAT, the Union of Municipalities of the Southern Tableland, dell'Apit of Daunofantino Gal.
Regulation
ACCESSION TO THE COMPETITION
The participation fee is € 15.00 and must be paid into the postal No 12157715 made out to Town of Tring - Municipal Treasury stating the reason "membership Casalarte 2009."
The application form with proof of payment to postal giro account must be received by August 2, 2009, with the following rules: •
delivered by hand to the Department of Culture, Piazza Umberto I, 11-second floor Trinitapoli
• or by fax to 0883/634688.
MODE 'PARTICIPATORY
Participation artists of all ages with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of eight works (painting and sculpture) without restrictions on the subject, and dimensions, indicating a competition to be made, at the moment registration will be marked by the secretariat and subsequently considered by the jury.
Each painting work should be properly framed, on pain of exclusion from the exhibition market.
Participants shall bring easels, pedestals, panels, brackets and any other object that could highlight the value of the work and transform all in a unique creative. "
Each artist exhibitor may freely sell their works (excluding competition), without any royalty on sales, taking all responsibility of a fiscal nature.
PROGRAM
All works from Friday 07 August, will be set up and will remain on display from 18.00 to 22.00 hours at the location established. In the same work place
an organizing secretary available to participants, active for the duration of the artistic event. Every artist, before the installation logistics, arrange for registration with the same.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility Security artistic productions during their exposure and in the store that night, on request, can be made on a local security system provided by the organization, at no additional cost to the artists.
JURY The jury composed of a chairman, an art expert, and of right, the Mayor of Tring or his delegate, one press of work among those in the race, which is responsible Casalarte Award 2009 and shall expose other prizes to be allocated to purchase.
The jury will take its evaluation criteria and its decision is final and unappealable.
The artistic director of the XI edition of Casalarte is entrusted Fanizza the sculptor Paul Alexander.
PRIZE AWARDS CASALARTE 2009 (€ 1.000,00)
Casalarte 2009 The prize is reserved to the town of Tring.
The awards will be August 22 at Tring in the Service Centre of Hypogea Archaeological Park of Via Mare. All participants of
Casalarte 2009 the municipal administration of Tring will deliver a certificate of participation.
